In 2011, and for the 15th Exhibition for Cultural assets and activities and Restoration in Venice (Italy), we were asked to design the guest stand for Algeria. Our mission was to highlight the richness of the tangible and intangible cultural heritage of Algeria.
The exhibit stand concept is inspired by the shape of the fossil ammonite to represent the superposition of the layers of heritage which constitutes the Algerian cultural heritage.
In the center, intangible cultural heritage is displayed on television screens around a light column.
Then, this intangible heritage is projected onto the tangible heritage and on the periphery of the exhibit stand.
We have also designed multimedia devices for viewing richer content on the various historic sites and monuments.
